Current support queue waiting time - 35 minutes...

...and the current average waiting time for the 'ask a question' is 34 hours 24 minutes.

Is it always this terrible?

Ant the next obvious question would be "What is the usual waiting time?". I would be interested to know this as I am planning to move to PN.

I can't really say because I have hardly ever had to call or raise a question, which is surely a good thing. But obviously there are peak times that it is best to avoid and you can always see the current status here.

Like you, few times in 10+ years that I've needed to call, but 03:00 seems a pretty good time smile

I phoned today at around 2.45 pm and spoke to CS then COT about 15 minutes later.

Phoned CS again at around 4.45 pm and spoke to someone 20 minutes later and finally phoned CS again at around 5.50pm and spoke to someone about 25-30 minutes later.

Glad they were all free calls but I must admit I very rarely need to contact CS about anything, honest tongue

I tried calling Plusnet on October the 1st because I had no internet connection from around lunch time til at least 10 pm (last time I checked that day) and had a recorded message saying queue times of at least 30 mins so did not even bother. This was in the evening so I guess peak time but it gives a lot to be desired. Anyway all working OK next morning so didn't need to call again.

Must say though that I have used the online support via this forum and Plusnets own forum and found it excellent.
