work but we've seen a fair few fails on the community forums (for example where the engineer fails to attend) and the old ISP terminates the service leaving the user with no broadband. If ADSL is moved first then no engineer is required and the switch to Plusnet is seamless. If the FTTC install fails the user will usually still have ADSL.
The worst part is that if it fails, with the state of Plusnet's support at present they find it impossible to get through on the phone to report the issue.
