I raised a ticket yesterday around the same time and it said approx 44 hours for a reply. If it is urgent I suggest phoning.

Peanuts are inanimate and don't have bank accounts. They don't say "Thank you", and in fact many give you a salty reply.

Quite correct Bob, though they don't get you good customer service, but one that replies within 48 hours would be nice for some smile

I did phone yesterday, but when the system said there was a 60 minute waiting time I hung up.

Being used to ten minute replies, it will be sometime before Plusnet could tempt me back. Response times seem far worse, along with out of date info, confusing bills and email addresses still that way a year or two on.

That is hilarious... I don't think Plusnet have EVER answered a ticket within 24 hours in the last 2 years I have been having problems with them... That being said, they haven't fixed the problem in 2 years either...
