Call package

Is there a way to cancel my Anytime call package via the web site or do I need to phone Plusnet support? My 12 month contract has just finished.

To change phone package from anytime to another one follow this link https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change?bolWizRe...
However to move your phone to another provider you just contact the other provider and they will do it - this may increase the price of your broadband
If you want to move broadband and phone then you need to phone Cancellations and ask for a MAC unless you intend to move to full LLU such as Sky or TalkTalk but even then phoning them would be a good idea as they will make you an offer

Thanks smile I actually saw that page before but thought it was just for changing the broadband package and didn't realise that after choosing the broadband it allows you to choose the call plan.
