Cant get through to them

Called the two numbers on Customer support (hmmm) and get a message saying the number is not accepting messages.
Had Fiber fitted by a YTS trainee 10 days ago and its never worked properly.

Please excuse spelling and grammar as im on my mobile use 3g.

The VW advert sums it up,you get what you pay for.

Big outage up here this morning. Not sure if it was Plusnet or not, but it seems to be fixed now. Phones were apparently busy.

Thanks for your reply,will check once I get home.
I noticed on there website that a number of people have been having page not found errors,thats whats been happening to me since Fiber installed.

Installation of fibre connections is by Openreach, with the price they charge all ISPs being the same. All Plusnet do is order it.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
