I bought a building that had FTTC broadband. When the previous owner moved out, he cancelled his phone and broadband, and when I moved in I ordered phone and broadband.
At first the checker said I could order FTTC, which I did. That installation failed because I was connected to a green box that hadn't been connected to FTTC, and there are 2 green boxes servicing my postcode.
So my questions are.
1) Can the database be inaccurate, and corrected?
2) Can I instead persuade someone to connect me to the other green box, that is FTTC activated, like the owner before me was.
