No Internet since yesterday AM

Can a rep please check ticket: 82763648 ??

No Internet since yesterday about 10am. Tried all the usual i.e different modem, filters, test socket but nothing.

Does the phone work?

Power socket fused and failed?

Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Forgot to say that - yes phone works fine and no noise what so ever on the line either.

Power socket all good too.
