Not a good start from PlusNet

I put through a Fibre migration order almost 2 weeks ago (23/3), I've been busy so have only just chased it to see what's going on.

According to the chap (who was very helpful), the order has been held dormant for unknown reason. I gave a MAC code when ordering so he said it should have progressed through automatically to migration.

So why the hell does it take a customer chasing for something to happen, do PlusNet not check on dormant orders to see what the problem is?

Hi Lucifa42,

Sorry to see theirs been an issue with your install and you had to chase this to find out.

If you PM me your username over I can check on that and also make sure everything is now on track.
