BT engineer announced that he was doing the phone only and no FTTC, he checked with his controller and no other jobs for us.
Ive now called in 3 times and cant seem to get the staff to understand what is going on, the last agent put the phone down on me.
It has taken 3 weeks for the appointment from order, I am concerned that I will again be pushed to the back of the queue.
No tickets open as no fault has been logged.
Any staff here that can help?
Looks like a ticket has been opened (83816427), but i am told that I need to wait 48-72 WORKING hours, this is a over a WEEK!
Come on Plusnet, this is a joke.
So Now I am potentially without internet for the next 2 weeks???
