I added a post the other day, to another thread about disconnections, but guess it may not have been spotted today (maybe a busy day at PN) but wonder if someone in PN can take a look at the above ticket.

Might be worth trying a "quiet line test", connect a corded phone into the TEST socket within the master socket (NTE5 type) then dial 17070 and take option 2 then listen for any type of noise.
If there is noise then report it as a voice fault to your calls/phone provider.
