44 Minutes to Speak to PN

[link to this post]

Its getting late but having just spent 44 minutes waiting to discuss a family account with PN I am not in the best of humours.

The main problem was that, in temporary rented accommodation, its 12 pound odd for unlimited take it or leave it. In this case my sister was only getting a 2Gb allowance for £9.99 which, frankly is a bit steep.

The 10Gb deal would be fine but it only comes with a PN phone line. With service like this I am tempted to move her even if it costs more elsewhere!.

The 10Gb deals tariffs withdrawn at midnight last night from what I gather.
There are just now 3 unlimited tarriffs: ADSL, FTTC1 and FTTC2.
