How to tell if Fibre connection is being migrated

Hi,

I'm currently migrating to PN from BT with a migration date set for tomorrow.

However, this morning I found my BT Infinity was unable to connect but also my PN router would not connect. Looking on the Member Centre does not provide much help.

Is there a way to tell if the migration is currently in progress?

Ring Plusnet service. You may have quite a wait, but you'll probably get a sensible answer at the end of it.
When I moved over (on the correct date) I had to nudge Plusnet as their system doesn't always make the change as automatically as it should.

Recently moved from BT Infinity 2 to PlusNet. Very happy so far.

Hi Peak1,

I doubt your migration date is tomorrow as it's Saturday and provison engineers don't normally work on the weekend. I would therefore suspect that your migration is due to go ahead today. BT may have already stopped your services and is now awaiting the engineer to connect your services to Plusnet.
