Been waiting over 2 months for cashback

It's been over 2 months now, had a support question on their system for over two weeks that has been put on hold twice, zero progress, just given the run around. They claim the cashback email has been sent twice now, there is nothing in any of my folders despite other emails from plusnet and others arriving without any issues

I don't appear to be the only one experiencing these problems

For more details plusnet, if you are reading this 98482042 or for any others it's on the plusnet forum accounts section entitled "I am still waiting for cashback nearly two months after signing up" a thread I started on the 29th January.



Just what are you doing to get me the cashback owed to me?

When EXACTLY can I expect this issue to be FULLY resolved?

Will I need to commence formal action through the courts to recover what is owed to me?

I should be having some cash back, I hope i do not wait for two months.

My experience of cashbacks in general is that they can take quote a while to arrive but that is through the normal cashback site deals.
