Ordered fibre but no confirmation email

My cab (cab3 SWTB) has finally gone live and is accepting orders. I have just placed an order for Fibre Unlimited Plus for March 25th on the 1pm-6pm slot.

I was under the impression that I'd have a confirmation email but have had nothing. There is also nothing in my account when I check online on the portal.

Should I have had an email? If so, can a rep please check this out for me?

An email was sent around 12.20 today with the appointment date on. I've just double checked and it's showing as going ahead on the 25th, PM slot.

Yeah that's the first thing I checked. The address is right. Nothing arrived and nothing in junk or spam folders either.

Had to ring Plusnet after not ordering modem with upgrade yesterday and mentioned about not receiving the confirmation email. The CS rep said there was no email address registered on my account even though it was showing in my account on the portal!!

So the mystery of the missing emails solved!

I'm not sure what they checked because the service note clearly states which email address(es) it was sent to!

Weird Chris. What's even weirder is the email STILL hasn't arrived even though I received the messages via text after they were re-sent last night by the CS rep.

It's not the end of the earth as you have confirmed the engineer visit/installation is booked but I'm just worried that I'll miss an important email from you in the future.
