Ticketing system virtually abandoned

Getting more and more difficult to contact Plus Net. I set up a ticket recently and got the following reply
Thanks for taking the time to contact Plusnet.

We're making some changes to the way we handle our customers questions. So, were not able to answer your question in this way but wed be more than happy to help you quickly and easily though Plusnet Chat.

Live chat is for limited hours and last time I asked a question they could not give me the answer.

Tickets offered the chance for the punter to ask questions at times convenient to them and for PN to reply at times convenient for them. Now if you are late home from work you are stuffed.

Phones are often very busy.

But they "will do you proud" or so they claim. LOL.
