Sorry, the tool failed to identify your gateway; this does not mean that anything is wrong with your connection.Fixing it means correcting a DNS entry.
Posting the following information as a reply to the Gateway Checker Update topic in the Community Announcements forum will help us to diagnose the problem.

1. It's totally pathetic that we've been seeing the same issue crop up for years and they are incapable of properly planning introduction of new gateways by adding correcting rDNS to the check list of actions required.
2. Bob Pullen of Plusnet posted in August that it needed correcting and he'd flagged it to the relevant person and it's still not done.
Things are seriously falling apart in Sheffield!
