Currently in the US so 7 hours behind UK time.

One of my email addresses which redirects to GMail address is getting the following failure message

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

xxx@***.co.uk

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain ***.co.uk by mx.avasin.plus.net. [212.159.9.200].

The error that the other server returned was:
552 Spam Message Rejected


All my emails are redirected to one of three gmail accounts, up until a day ago all was well and then I started getting these error messages.

So one email address is redirecting correctly, the other one is not.

The Gmail address will receive directly addressed emails but not via the redirect.

Help please

Also How do you get to raise a ticket on the PN website? It has become difficult to find.

But don't expect a reply in under seven days, and when it comes don't be surprised if it says something like "We no longer deal with this type of problem in this system. Please phone or use online chat".

The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.

My experience of the only ticket I've raised for our church's telephone & BB installed last month is that it was responded within a few hours and fixed,by Openreach, inside 48 hours. I'm well aware that one out of one is not statistically significant, but, to us, it's 100%.

Don't tar them all the same.
