Sudden slow speeds

Does anyone know that could be happening here?

For the past five days my speeds have suddenly dropped. Nothing has changed within my setup and i've tested multiple machines on the LAN (1Gbps). As well as a direct PPPoE connection to make sure my router wasn't causing the issues.

Sync speeds are still what i expect them to be, just actual throughput is very poor.

The download has got better than this image, but its still stuck at around 22

I've tried contacting PN, but haven't heard anything back yet.

what does https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer... say for your current line speed?

Oh, glad to hear its not just me then.

Mine actually dropped to 7.6mbps at one point although now after disconnecting PPPoE session back at 23 (ish). Plusnet says I am connected at 40 (which I would expect as I am on 40/20 product).
