Plusnet Mobile [censored] nightmare

I have sim only with life mobile a few months ago and today plusnet emailed me invoice with a bill of £7.67 and my bill are not due until 28th of December as life mobile already taken out £9.95 on the 28th November but why plusnet mobile want another bill? I calling up plusnet mobile and been on hold for 67 minutes (what a joke!) life mobile customer support answered straight away everytime I called them.

Sadly life mobile to become plusnet mobile is [censored] terrible! AVOID IT

I cannot believe mobile with plusnet with their customer support couldn't get through on phone call.

Hate u Plusnet mobile. Bring back life mobile!

I can't tell if your joking or not....

It's day 1 so of course they're busy. Also it's an error of less than £10 so it's hardly the end of the world.

And it's not just the billing that is going wrong with the new super Plusnet Mobile.

There is the cannot activate SIM as computer says it's in the post
There is the Unable to sign up for PlusNet Mobile
There is the Website Errors

Are just a few items that are going wrong.

looks like I am waiting a few days for these issues to be sorted. My daughter & I are thinking of signing up for PlusNet mobile using their Christmas offerings.
