Anyone know if there are any problems with Plusnet email systems atm with particular ref. to verification from https://community.plus.net please?

Nothing through despite several requests for email to be resent. frown

https://community.plus.net/t5/Service-Status/Email-P... says that problem has now been fixed, so ....

Hi there, don't you already have a forum account on community? If so you should be able to use that rather than create a duplicate one (which is against forum rules).

I tried using it, but it wouldn't let me.

Tried Twitter, but no luck there either.

Why is it soo difficult contacting and then getting any sense out of Plusnet?

My colleague on Twitter discussed this with myself amongst others and we advised them of how to reply and to advise you that you already had a Community account, so you should use that rather than sign up a new one. I believe he also offered to call you to resolve the problem.

I wasn't able to use that account, as I advised.

I eventually got help via the community forum.

Why do you make communication so difficult for your customers?

Sorry you believe it's difficult, as you contacted us here, on the community site, via twitter (where we offered a callback too) I'm afraid I've have to disagree.

Glad to see you got it sorted though.

Making contact and getting a sensible answer can be, and often are, two different things. wink
