It could be this one. That also gives a help number 0800 022 3300.

Edit: Or it may not.

Edit 2: Helpful, not!
What routers are provided?

We will provide you with a new wireless router, with 4 ethernet ports for wired connections.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. 200GB. Sync 72623/13368Kbps @ 600m. BQMs - IPv4 & IPv6

Yes, so far I'm not overly impressed by the Information given!!

As part of the Welcome Email, they requested that I download a "Guide"!!

The Guide "emphasised" how & I would get BOTH a BT Supplied/Fitted Fibre Modem PLUS a Separate Router!

Last year I received a Sagemcom 2704n for my ADSL broadband connection, still using it, it's adequate for my long distance connection usage.
Use it wired to the PC so can't comment on the wireless side of it.

I got the same, although I cancelled the service after 6 weeks as they failed to fix an issue. Still got the router, not sure if it'll ever be used - but backups are handy I guess.

Hi,
I signed up to John Lewis Fibre over a month ago...
They sent me a Zyxel VMG 8924 B10a which was on firmware rev 10 or 11?
I updated it to rev 24 (from/same as VMG 8324 B10a).
Solid and reliable modem (I have wi-fi turned off), I use a smart hub 6 for routing and wifi.

Out of interest, was that via John Lewis or direct to PlusNet??

I had some very significant issues, with PlusNet, when I tried returning to them some 6 years ago! Their ability to get on-top of the problem was "zilch" &, continually, every single Service Guy (who had personally promised to "Take-Ownership" of the problem), seemed to then disappear! In one month, they generated more than 60 "Service-Notes" (hence, the ongoing details of the Issue were scattered across these - often with information either duplicated OR conflicting) & then had the cheek to complain that I was opening too many (ONLY 1 of those had been initiated by myself)!

Since I decided to move away from my current provider (BT), the realistic choices seemed to be PlusNet, TalkTalk or Sky - all of which filled myself with some trepidation, hence I thought that I would risk the John Lewis version (with their alleged high standard of customer care).

Plusnet probably are the support people you call, but it was all under the JL banner. Annoying really as the line was marginally quicker that my main Zen line I had. To be honest the service levels appeared to the same as the plusnet ones you mention. Things would be reset and then the call closed as it was o.k. for a few days.
