Does the John Lewis portal not tell you when your contract ends? The Plusnet portal does, right on the home page under "My Contract".

Why do people still use this tripe? It's 12 o 18 months from the date you started... That internal ticket seems to have just been produced to reach target. When I was there it was 100 "issues" a day and tickets like that were bulk closed by most

Leaving soon 2nd year with John-lewis speeds terrible and so is service, I pay the money, it's my choice!

If you want a quick answer to your question why don't yoiu phone JL, the ticket system is like PN's it's hit or miss in how quick you get a reply.
