a) please define "way below" for someone who has an estimate of 33.5 Mbps (not worried about upload speed whatsoever) ?

b) do you make any reduction in monthly charge ?

Estimate for my line is below 40 Mbps and I too have seen lower prices elsewhere. As an existing customer, I see great reductions for new customers but at this rate I may as well get a second line and 'up to 38' but unlimited, from someone else... new line installed free and lower annual line rent too.

If either your download is above 40Mb/s or your upload is above 10Mb/s then we'll provision you on 80/20, if both are below then it's on 40/10. We can always manually change this to see if there's a difference for you if you're on one of our 'upto 76Mb/s' products.

We don't charge according to speed, it's usage that is chargeable.
