Are you able to use the BT Speedtester? This will help us to identify whether the slow speeds are attributable to:
- Your phone line itself
- The (red) hot VPs in Poplar
- Post office having a capacity problem across the board
If you can use the speedtester, try it at several times; are the speeds ALWAYS bleak? Or is it just in peak hours?
