Inactive Line - Will there be a connection charge?

[link to this post]

There is a line but no number so the line is inactive, I don't think it's disconnected.

Will the PO charge £112.34 for a new line provision?

Just found this so there shouldn't be a charge whatever:

Install or activate a new line depending on your situation, we may have to install a new phone line or activate an old one. The standard cost for a new line is £112.34, subject to survey. However, for all orders placed from 03 January 2012 through to 31 March 2012, there will be no charge.

GF has signed up, no extra charges other than the monthly fee, if it's any good speed wise then this is great laugh
