Post Office switching BB to Talk Talk

[link to this post]

From September 2nd they are changing broadband and landline supplier to Talk Talk.

What's left to consider (using a PSTN line)?

Don't think they will be switching landline for phone only customers. I have heard nothing, so I doubt it. If they tried I would be gone. Any links? as I cannot even get an email answered from the company about expected changover.

It seems harsh of you to "doubt" this just because it's the first you've heard of it!

Thanking for the heads up would be more appropriate.

You will be gone, as I will, which is why I asked where we can switch to keep a bt line.

Google if you are doubting and want links!

Why it it harsh to doubt it. If they are to change my supplier they are bound by law to inform me as far as I know. I am still waiting for links from somewhere in authority. If that is the case I will go back to Zen business, one of the cheapest phone and BB and top service.

Don't think so, while it might be good practice I think that if your contract delivers what it says then the choice of supply is their choice -

We will provide the Service to you using the same skill
and care as other telecommunications service providers.
We will do everything we reasonably can to provide the
Service to you without any interruptions. However:
we may occasionally change or update the Service;

It's harsh to doubt me! Why would I bother starting such a thread if it were false?

Presumably they will inform you.

The change will happen on September 2nd, so maybe they will give you notice.

But now you know!

If you can't be bothered to google, you can ring them to confirm this as you are a doubting Thomas:

DON'T assume what I can and can't be bothered to do. I HAVE Googled with NO RESULT. I have also stated I have HAD NO reply from the company to that very question. Give a link!

If you don't believe me, (what would be the point of me lying), wait till 9.00 tomorrow and speak to the horses mouth.

Rudely demanding "give a link" is not going to work!

(I already gave you the heads up)

So I am lying about Googling with no result? Typical forum knowall. You made the statement, back it up, it's not up to me.

Why be so rude?

Don't believe it, but you cannot go through life being a doubting Thomas!

How am I a "know all"? I posted a thread with some info and to ask for help.
