Post Office Fibre?

[link to this post]

Ok - so my Stepmother is going to be moving soon from the city to out in the country. At the moment she's with the Post Office for phone and broadband so is going to be arranging the move with them.

Where she's moving to, I've checked with a postcode checker and it says that on standard ADSL she'll get very slow speeds (0.5mb) but the area has already been upgraded by BT for fibre as part of one of those council deals.

Checking the Post Office website it doesn't mention if they provide services via ADSL or Fibre and just that they'll provide 'the fastest speed possible'.

I've checked Samknows and the exchange (Kennford) does have TalkTalk LLU available, which is what I think the Post Office use.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of service she'd get?

I left the post office when I moved to Brighton for this reason. They don't offer fibre and have no upcoming plan to according to who I spoke with.

Plus Net - Not that it [censored] works
