Do Orange and TalkTalk offer upcoming unbundling lists?

[link to this post]

Hi guys,

Do Orange and/or TalkTalk have upcoming unbundling lists? (I know the former is probably a no due to the fact they are switching people over to BT).

Reason I ask is I have an exchange near me with 413 lines and has 3 providers (including BT): http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/WWHOLF (Market 2!)

My exchange (With 1415 lines - Over 1000 lines more than Holford) is a Market 1! exchange with just BT as a provider and has an RFS date for 21CN. ( http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/WWNETH ).

My exchange building is also much larger than the other one (WWHOLF is one of the old, small GPO buildings).

Obviously with 21CN coming, I am not going to switch to TalkTalk/Orange but it makes me wonder why my exchange with 1000 lines more than the other (Both are rural) only has BT as a provider whereas the other, smaller one has 3 providers.

No lists from TT have emerged, they just happen.

As private firms they are entitled to keep their roll-out lists private, something people forget about BT and Virgin sometimes.

Hmm, I have checked my Phone Number and it states:

Service
State: Unplanned

Where did it say 'Planned'?

the status labels are I believe Active, Planned and Unplanned

so you're not on the list - but this can change fairly quickly as I found out. Unplanned doesn't mean "not coming here ever"

I ran the checker mentioned earlier in this thread for my postcode.

Service State: Targeted

Any idea what the above means in real terms?

Hmm. The TalkTalk exchange checker says LLU is 'unplanned' for my local exchange (WSKIM) but Sam Knows shows TalkTalk LLU as planned with an RFS date of 15/9/2012. I wonder which is right?
