DSL Monitor

[link to this post]

Evening all

I hope this is the right forum to ask this. Does anyone know of any software that will monitor a modem and keep a record of all DSL connections weather the dsl is up or down or how many resyncs. and at what times and such things as that.
Its jus that at the moment the modem is up and down like a yo-yo today especially whether its to do with the weather (LOL Pun intended) But from just reading the modem stats you can only see the last time it re synced or the last time the whole modem reset. If i was able to see when it was doing the re-sync/resetting it would help to try and find out why i think also just see how many times it is doing it..

So i would just like to know if anyone knows of such a software (Other than RouterStats that is)

Many thanks Andy

Ah, OK that rules that one out. Depending on the router and whether it supports SNMP you may be able to use PRTG or MRTG.

Cross-posting is frowned on, it confuses people and dilutes the help available... replies to the other one please:
