Interesting results when changing security software

[link to this post]

I had a 90 day trial of Bit Defender Total Security 2011 which has just come to an end. So I try the 2012 version of there Internet Security. On first scan it finds a generic trojan almost immediately. As it slowed my system down more than TS 2011. Moved onto ESET Nod4 & guess what...another virus found

C:\Windows\Installer\355f2.msi » MSI » bdprof.cab » CAB » as2sign.slf - HTML/Iframe.B.Gen virus

What is worrying is that this is in the Chrome installer package for SWIron

suggestions? the file is quarantined at the moment.

C:\Windows\Installer\355f2.msi » MSI » bdprof.cab » CAB » chrome.manifest » MIME - is OK (internal scanning not performed)
C:\Windows\Installer\355f2.msi » MSI » bdprof.cab » CAB » as2sign.slf - HTML/Iframe.B.Gen virus - was a part of the deleted object
C:\Windows\Installer\355f2.msi » MSI » bdprof.cab » CAB » chrome_tb.manifest » MIME - is OK (internal scanning not performed)

As viruses often exploit what can be useful holes, it is no surprise to see more false positives, whether this ia a real hit I can't say.
