Thank you for the reply but that is part of the question, can WPS actually be disabled on the brightbox and assuming that it can, does that actually mean that it is still unavailable to a hacker. According to several web entries, physical disablement does not always prevent access. I am hoping for a technical reply and also information about the manufacturer of the router, so that I can pursue the enquiry.
Manufacturer and any detail of firmware or software capabilities are not contained within any of the Bright box material that I have been sent. I would like to know much more about the facilities than ihas been presented if I am to use the supplied router.
