BLOCKING ACCESS TO SKYPE

[link to this post]

I'm hoping someone can help me out here as this is driving me mad...

I want to block access to Skype via my router, I've blocked the obvious addresses but have no idea the full list of addresses to block... Can someone help?

I've tried many addresses listed on other websites yet access is still available.

Many thanks in advance...

Make sure uPnP is disabled on the router as well.

Do you need to define the mac address of the device that needs to be blocked, or even assign the device a permanent lan ip address and block that also.

What router are you using?

in fact, it appears to be a bit more complex than i thought, but i googled blocking skype and there are plenty of answers available.
