On 20 Feb I decided to leave Plusnet for O2 and got my MAC which started my 30 days notice. Transferred successfully on 2 March.
On 3 March I get 2 emails from Plusnet. One says my username will be cancelled on 10 March and the other that my mailboxes have been deleted.
Between the two events I have been billed for another full month on 27 Feb. I managed to raise a ticket on that to get part refunded between 30 days and month to 27 March.
Today (4 March) I find that I cannot receive emails via Plusnet during a period for which I have paid.
I try emailing Support to ask about this and they say they don't answer emails and I should raise a ticket. I can't do that because they have removed the login to my paid account which should still be open.
That is very poor support!
