If they're not a reseller, I just wonder why they don't have their own forum on TBB, because they seem quite popular.

I know on the DSL Zone forum that I am a member on, Mark (from Fast) sometimes joins in on the forum and answers questions, queries etc. I don't know if they do the same on TBB?

Thanks for all the replies... Lots to think about.

Spoke to Simon at IDNet and he thinks the worst is behind them and that there are currently no problems... this is good to hear and helps a bit with deciding.

Going to take the weekend to think some more and definitely make a move on Sunday.

Cheers
Darren

I guess that you could expect nothing less from Simon
