You should end up with the same speed as with UKOnline.

Sky's DLM process runs for 10 days so you've got a bit longer to go. If at the end of the 10 days it's still showing the stats you've posted, give the customer support line a call and they should be able to un-stick the DLM.

vFast Ltd
Downstream ~10 mbps (megabits per second) - ~1250 KBps (kilobytes per second)
Upstream ~2 mbps (megabits per second) - ~250 KBps (kilobytes per second)
Sky MID
Downstream Att. ~62db - SNR ~5.5db - Sync - ~2784 Kbps
Upstream Att. ~31db - SNR ~16db - Sync - ~576 Kbps

i was hoping for a bit more than ukonline cause with this dlink router my line attenuation seems a bit better...used to be 25db downstream with my belkin router & ukonline....now it's showing 17.5db which is a big improvment

You should be getting about 21 Meg Sync, giving about 17.5 Meg throughput.

But you NM is high. Possibly you need to wait for it to settle or you have noisy wiring.

Ring up again and demand getting the gaming profile. or ask to get the line manually configured as DLM stuck

Good stuff, she probably restarted DLM and 'unstuck' it, should climb up more now, still a nice 5dB of margin there to play with
