i moved to sky one month ago from BE where I was getting about 11MB but, I am now seeing around 8MB on sky llu service.
Here are my router stats
Operational Mode ADSL2+
SNR Margin(Upstream) 11.0
SNR Margin(Downstream) 8.2
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 21.8
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 39.5
Is it worth me giving sky a call? If so will they even speak to me as the account is in my mums name (she's 60 and wouldn't have a clue on speaking to them on the phone about this). Or can i email them?
