keep getting

i have recently joined sky and i am within my 10 day trial over the last couple of days my connection goes from green to amber back to green but when i check router it ways no connection was dropped

this is on the modem .only use lan connections .its as if the connection is constantly reconfiguring its not my end i dont think its just done it again now my live drops and so does my internet explorer then 15 secs later its back on

Assuming you use the Sky router... under the connection status, does your WAN IP change?

For the first 10 days Sky do Line testing on your BB connection...that way they are able to configure the maximum settings your phone line can take. This sometimes results in strange activity to your connection and modem.
