For over 2 years ive been with Sky connect and through out my time with Sky Ihave consistantly been complaining about speed at peak.
Always Sky have said its due to traffic.
They've run tests
and still came back the same old answer its due to your excange being busy.
So sick of this I escalated the claim telling Sky I complained to OFCOM and OTELO.
then out of the blue i got a call saying that I had been recieving slow line speeds because Sky were throtling the line to be fair to other users.
My points are as follows:
1. If I had known that was the case I would have left Sky two years ago.
2. Never during the 2year period have Sky told me they are restricting my speed
3.Why when I complained was I mis led and told its due to a busy exchange
So now I seeking compensation and leaving this dreadful ISP
