I'm currently a Virgin National customer and my exchange is due to have FTTC installed later this year. In order to get FTTC I know I'll have to change isp and as I have Sky TV already, I thought I might change to them. I have one or two questions to ask:
On the Sky website it says that my address/phone line is not in Sky's Network area (I'm presuming this means LLU), but on Samknows it says that my exchange (NEWAS) IS LLU'd! Is one database wrong, how do I find out which one?
Do I have to change telephone number if changing over to Sky (broadband, calls, line rental).
I'd be grateful for any advice,
