Family member has just joined sky

my sister has just joined sky broadband her connection has been on for around a day and half so far her stats below:

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 6142 kbps 798 kbps
Line Attenuation 31.5 dB 19.0 dB
Noise Margin 17.3 dB 17.0 dB

what speeds can she expect after the DLM period

14 Meg @ 7dB NM.
