Hi just joined Sky Unlimited Broadband on their LLU network.

Live 200metres from my exchange and was on full speed with my previous adsl network with no issues.

Was hoping to get close to the full 19mb with Sky,they have only started me on 4mb,is this normal?

If the speed is still low after 5 days or so, then pester support, request gamer profile.

Though got some line of they only allow this on short lines, which was news to me, so they have me on what looks like an 8 Meg cap @39dB. Would love to squeeze a little more.

Hi I've just joined Sky as well and mine also started at 3Mbps but within a couple of days it was back to the speed I was getting with BT, 10 Mbps. Although I will say the speed has been less than rock steady at peak times which would suggest a bit of contention at my local exchange.

I have read that Sky usually act quickly on overloaded exchanges, fingers crossed.

Sky Unlimited.

Come back with that goats head Jason we need it for the soup!
