Hi, my exchange was fibre enabled months ago. It shows up on SamKnows as being enabled but I cannot order it from Sky. Whenever I ring them, they just say they don't have any details of when it will be available.
Is there any way of getting dates for when a service can be ordered?
It's really frustrating that a company advertises a product on the website, yet knows nothing about it when you ring to order.
No it just says "Sorry, you're not currently able to get BT Infinity. This may be because your area has not been enabled yet, or your individual line does not support super-fast broadband. Register your interest and we'll let you know if this changes."
SamKnows says "BT FTTC broadband availability
