recently i have joined sky fb broadband and it was scheduled for connection on 25 Feb. On 24 Feb I looked into account to track order and found out that there are some problem with my order and asked me to contact their expensive 0844 number. called them but line was not accepting ph call. called today their customer services dept and they transferred the call to broadband dept, then automated message came along - not accepting calls.
not impressed at all with sky. can someone from existing or new user share their thought or experience?
