Did any 1 have any connection issue around 11pm on 8th June

Did any 1 have any connection issue around 11pm on 8th June in the Rainham Essex area as I lost internet connection despite the openreach modem being connected the sky hub internet was not showing internet access

No disconnects here at Whitstable, 200 odd hours uptime.

did not get disconnected here the openreach modem stayed connected just no pages would load on any devices. restarting the hub and the internet light did not come back on for a while

No, but I had to reboot the sky router Thursday. All pc's were not getting onto the internet, but were able to ping the sky router. I just rebooted the sky router and all was well again.

Im still getting this issue also i noticed when this happens i cant dial out on the phone get a busy tone also cant call my number as it does not even ring just hangs up. My sis is also getting this problem her number says its not in serrvice though

I had those same symptoms once before on ADSL and it was due to a failed microfilter. While that is still possible on fibre, I'd be more inclined to say it's a line fault.

Simplest test would be to disconnect the fibre modem and unplug/remove the filter plate on the NTE5 leaving just the test socket exposed. Then try ringing your number and see if it works. Then try dialing out from the test socket.

If those both work, it suggests the filter plate may be faulty. If not, a line fault of some kind.

Not a line fault sister who lives less rhen a mile away on same echange with same issue. Looks like Upminster also having issues
