ive tried it twice over the last few month both times says sent but then get an email within 24 hours saying at this time we cant offer it at your exchange, really should of been rolled out fully before making it a public option they had enough time from announcing it to the option being available to select
Well ukonline were able to offer all their customers a static ip address before sky closed it down,
To say it is reliant on the exchange kit, makes me giggle to say the least, because i don't belive this jackanory from sky
at most it's some small config issue that they should be able to fix via a software update remotely to all exchanges, how or why this apparently takes them months is an example of how inept they can be
