Too low for the attenuation and due to high line noise.

Can you hear anything on your phone line?

Try 17070 quiet line test.

Agree with the other person. you need to check the phone line. Try the router in the test socket to eliminate problem with your internal wiring

Dont have a test socket in house. Have phoned that number they say no echo and little line noise. Sky will not reset as 10 day test in progress and have to wait.

Thanks for fast reply
