I have told ZEN, and they have been trying to get Openreach to sort it.
I've had 8 engineer visits. ZEN believe its to do with faulty equipment handing the phone call over.
Because SKY was LLU they think the reason it didn't happen before was SKY would have used different equipment, they think its a fault in BT Wholesale equipment.
