Sky Go Extra - chargeable or not?

[link to this post]

Hello Andrew,
Sky Go Extra is FOC as part of my Sky package.
I don't know what criteria has to be met to qualify, but I have no extras such as sport or films - just multiroom.
Perhaps others might look into it, to see if they qualify for the free of charge addition.
Cheers, Les.

If you have it as part of a package then the T&C on the competition page cover that

"Excludes existing Sky Go Extra and Multiscreen customers"

But will add a line if it is worrying/confusing people

Hi Andrew, Thanks for the reply.
Not a major issue from my point of view - but I did double check my bills!
Seems they charge me (and others?) £5 for it on one line, and then give a £5 credit on the next line.

I would have thought that in their ads Sky might have made it clearer to certain of their customers that there would be no charge if they subscribed.
Cheers again, Les.

Again as others have said its free of charge with multiroom, I dont agree with it just enabling you to watch stuff offline (if downloaded) and to addon 2 extra devices but still only stream with 2 at any one time
