Usually around 1Mbps upload, like most ADSL 2+ providers.

For that downstream speed, expect around 1.2 or 1.3 meg.

Estimates are often conservative to avoid customer disappointment. If you will be happy to receive 1 meg then I don't think you'll be disappointed.

21meg upload is higher than anyone offers. Fibre (FTTC) services max out around 18 usable, 20 marketing, and cable only manages 5 on a good day.

Are you confusing download and upload speeds?

plusnet unlimited fibre - 2 Jun 14 - 470m - 80/20 - Summer/dry sync 55/9.4, Winter/wet sync 52/9.1
15 years broadband (1999 ntl:cable trial) - Asus RT-AC68U with HG612 - BQM - Summer PN speed - Winter PN speed
