Recently had my phone line Inc. Broadband repaired but my line profile hasn't been reset. I did ask the BTO Engineer to reset the profile when he was here and he confirmed, he would but he hasn't. My line/sync rate hasn't budged from that detailed below and I've contacted Sky Customer Services both on the phone and via Social Media but the same old reply of 'we have tested your line and no fault has been found and BTO have closed the job as repaired/completed;

Is there a Sky Rep here who can help and have the profile reset?
