Sky Fibre Unlimited & Line Profile

Recently had my phone line Inc. Broadband repaired but my line profile hasn't been reset. I did ask the BTO Engineer to reset the profile when he was here and he confirmed, he would but he hasn't. My line/sync rate hasn't budged from that detailed below and I've contacted Sky Customer Services both on the phone and via Social Media but the same old reply of 'we have tested your line and no fault has been found and BTO have closed the job as repaired/completed;

Line Rate:

D: 7095 kbps U: 5413 kbps

Line Attenuation: D: 25.6 dB U: 0.0 dB
Noise Margin : D:22.9 dB U: 6.6 dB

Is there a Sky Rep here who can help and have the profile reset?

You can only reset the profile on fibre with an engineers visit. Otherwise, you need to be connected 24/7 for a very long time and DLM will kick in eventually (may take 30+ days of solid uptime).

I once sorted mine by doing a reboot after 3 days but that was a few years ago.
